On Wednesday, 12th July 2023, at the Sheraton Hotel in Dammam, an agreement was signed between Abdelhadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Company (the parent company of Abdelhadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Group – Tariq Al-Qahtani and his brothers) in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, and Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company (one of the companies under the Sinopec Holdings Group in the People’s Republic of China) to form a joint venture in the field of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for industrial engineering, supplies, and construction within Saudi Aramco’s National EPC Champion program. This alliance aims to execute future projects as part of Saudi Aramco’s plan. Qualified companies with high global and local expertise and technologies were invited to establish joint ventures in this regard. The signing was done by Tariq Abdelhadi Al-Qahtani, the Chairman of Abdelhadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Group, and Xia Shidong, the Financial Controller and General Counsel of Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company.

It is worth mentioning that both companies are leading in their respective fields. Abdelbadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Group has been providing diverse services, supplies, and logistics to the oil and gas, transportation, and logistics sectors for over seventy years.

Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company is globally renowned for its engineering expertise in industrial construction, petroleum refineries, and petrochemicals, having executed numerous projects for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).

تم في فندق الشيراتون بالدمام يوم الأربعاء ۲۰۲۳/٧/١٢م توقيع إتفاقية الشركة المشتركة مابين شركة عبد الهادي عبد الله القحطاني وأولاده (الشركة الأم لمجموعة شركات عبد الهادي عبد الله القحطاني وأولاده – طارق القحطاني وإخوانه) بالدمام المنطقة الشرقية وشركة ساينوبك شانغهاي للهندسة (إحدى شركات مجموعة شركات ساينوبك القابضة في جمهورية الصين الشعبية) للدخول في تحالف لتأسيس شركة مشتركة فيما بينهما في مجال مقاولات الـ (EPC) الهندسة والتوريدات والإنشاء الصناعية ضمن برنامج شركة أرامكو السعودية ( National EPC Champion ) لتنفيذ المشاريع المستقبلية ضمن خطة شركة أرامكو السعودية لتنفيذ هذا البرنامج ودعت شركات مؤهلة وذات خبرات وتقنيات عالية عالميا ومحليا لتكوين شركات مشتركة بهذا الخصوص

وقد قام بالتوقيع عن مجموعة شركات عبد الهادي القحطاني وأولاده رئيس مجلس إدارة المجموعة الأستاذ / طارق عبد الهادي القحطاني وعن شركة ساينوبك شانغهاي للهندسة السيد / شا شيدونغ المراقب المالي والمستشار العام للشركة.
