Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Company’s Construction Management & Contracting (CMC) was established in the early 90’s to execute projects in the fields of Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and O&M.
CMC has an experienced team of Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians who bring their expertise to fulfill our clients’ vision, expectation objectives and demands.

Projects Completed by CMC

Project and Construction Management:
1- PCK Pipe Company:
PCK Pipe Company is a Saudi – Chinese joint venture that produces Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (SAWL) pipes. Located in Dammam – Riyadh Highway, CMC Construction Management job included site/earth works, concrete works, erection of steel building, finishing and electro mechanical works, plant total area of 38,376 sqm at a total cost of 250,000,000 SAR
2- Group Five Pipe Saudi:
A modern factory to supply Saudi Arabia and the neighbouring Middle East markets with big-diameter high-quality Carbon Steel Pipes. Located in Dammam 2nd Industrial Estate. CMC Construction Management job includes site/earth works, concrete works, erection of steel building with 45,36,15 ton overhead cranes, finishing works and electro mechanical works. At cost of 300,000,000 SAR, of total area 42,925 sqm, (under construction).
3- Eradat Bus Terminal (Saudi ARAMCO Contract):
Eradat is the leader of transportations, logistic services and ARAMCO busses. CMC Construction Management job includes site/earth work, concrete fence, chain link fence asphalt works for roads & parking, water tank & reverse osmosis Plant, office building, administration & main workshop and fuel/car wash station. Total area 3,045 sqm, and costs 29,000,000 SAR.
4- Pipe Flow Chemicals (DRA):
Drag Resistant Adhesives (DRA) is a plant for reducing friction between pipes and oil. CMC Construction Management Job includes site/earth work, concrete works, finishing, installation of steel structure building, insulation of production lines, electro mechanical works (piping welding, fabrications, installation of machine) and asphalt works for (roads and car parking). Total area is 6,000 sqm, and cost of 20,000,000 SAR.
Operation & Maintenance Contracting:
1- Ministry of National Guard:
CMC is performing the operation and maintenance of all ministry of national guard facilities and buildings, HVAC and electro mechanical maintenance. Total cost 95,000,000 SAR.
2- SABIC HVAC Maintenance in Riyadh, Jubail and Yanbu:
CMC is maintain “all SABIC affiliates” (HVAC equipment like chillers, chilled water pumps, air handling units, electrical duct heaters, fan coil units, duct dampers, room AC, air cooling condensing units package unit, split AC, window AC, panel AC, mobile AC and cooling towers).
3- SABIC Housing Maintenance in Jubail and Yanbu :
CMC General maintenance of SABIC housing units in Jubail and Yanbu, including but not limited to, electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and mason works, preventive maintenance and restoration.
4- Shams Aljazeera Schools (Boys and Girls) Maintenance in Dammam:
CMC General maintenance of HVAC, elector-mechanical work, civil, plumbing, carpentry, finishing, preventive maintenance and restoration.
Construction:
1- AHQ Head Quarter Office Building:
Head quarter AHQ office building which located in Dammam, (under construction). Of 10 stories with BUA 9000 sqm. CMC Construction Job includes site/earth works, site levelling and compaction, concrete works and architectural finishing, electro mechanical works, with an approximate cost of 35,000,000 SAR.
2- Al-Qahtani 30 Villa Compound:
AHQ Residential compound of 30 villas each villa is BUA of 250 sqm of two floors and a site area 17,420 sqm, located in Al-Khobar, CMC Construction Job includes site/earth works, concrete works, finishing works, plumping & sanitary works, fire system, HVAC, electrical works, decoration interior and furniture and landscaping. Aproximate cost 40,000,000 SAR (under construction).
3- Concrete Weight Coating Plant (CWC):
Concrete Weight Coating (CWC) is a pipe coating by concrete mixture of cement, water and iron ore, located in Dammam – Riyadh Highway. CMC Construction Job includes site/earth works, construction of two management buildings (three floors) each, concrete works of foundations and floor slabs of the plant and offices and machine foundations. Total area 6,000 sqm, and cost 2,000,000 SAR.
4- Abdul Hadi A. Al-Qahtani Mosque:
Abdul Hadi A. Al-Qahtani Mosque is located in Al-Aziziyah - Al-Khobar , of total area 5,000 sqm. CMC Construction job includes site/earth works, concrete works, finishing works, plumping & sanitary works, fire system, HVAC, electrical works, decoration interior and furniture and it cost 20,000,000 SAR.

In addition CMC has completed for well known clients several projects involving the following:
Abdul Hadi A. Al-Qahtani Mosque is located in Al-Aziziyah – Al-Khobar , of total area 5,000 sqm. CMC Construction
job includes site/earth works, concrete works, finishing works, plumping & sanitary works, fire system, HVAC,
electrical works, decoration interior and furniture and it cost 20,000,000 SAR.
– Supply and erection of cooling towers at King Fahad Military Medical Centre.
– Engineering design, supply an installation of fuel gas dust/liquid separator equipment in SEC
Qurayyah Power Plant.
– Grease and seal wellhead valves for Saudi ARAMCO.
– Refurbishment of wastewater tanks at King Fahad Military Medical Centre.
– Study of corrosion, engineering and supply of heal exchangers / boiler tube shield and their
installation in ARAMCO and SABIC Industries.
